Navigating The Sea Of Life
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide potentially life-changing opportunities to people from various backgrounds, through the maritime industry. By using our own vessels, the sea, traditional sailing and maritime educational experiences, as a medium to integrate people and underprivileged youths, into a society they predominantly feel excluded from.
OUR VISION
SY Windsong will be the flagship for WOW in the UK and will sail around periodically in order to facilitate visiting candidates and to raise awareness for Wellness Over Waves during maritime festivals all over the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. It is also in the UK where she will receive further works in order to bring her to UK category standard for the particular type of vessel and work she will do.

FIONA NICHOLAS
Founder
Fiona is a time served shipwright with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has worked with similar foundations across Europe. Fiona has had the WOW vision for over a decade. Together with Michael Duddridge and Tim Price has worked for the last two and a half years creating the infrastructure and legal framework to make this possible.
TIM PRICE
Director - UK Base
Tim is a retired banker, entrepreneur and a start-up specialist. Tim is a director of Wellness Over Waves Ltd (UK).
KOSTA ROMA
Director - Portugal Base
Kosta has an extraordinary acumen and engineering ability that allows him to create, facilitate and manipulate complex contracts and organisations for both individuals and corporations.
COL. MICHAEL DUDDRIDGE OBE
Councillor
Michael is a retired colonel and author currently residing in Cyprus. Mike as he likes to be known as is one of Wellness Over Wave's initial benefactors​ by donating SY Windsong. As we pen this, Mike is penning his new book called 'Windsong' to be released early 2023.
CHRISTIAN POONWAH
Councillor
A Safety & Security Advisor with experience in humanitarian, development and private security sector.
EVAN TYAWA
Councillor
Evan has over 30 years professional marketing experience in private, public and not-for-profit organisations.
MANOLIS KARAPATAKIS
Councillor
Manolis is based in Cyprus with an extensive network of contacts both in the Government and Private sectors.
